Tickets are non-fundable; event happens rain or shine; By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you are responsible for yourself, your actions, any injury, damage to property, or even death and will not result in liability on behalf of the PPMF committee, Lake Lure Inn, the Lowcountry Parrothead Club, the sponsors, other patrons, food trucks, vendors that are a part of the festival. You are responsible in any alcohol related incidences including injury, damage to property, or even death of yourself or someone else. The above said event committees and businesses are not liable for your actions.
Only clear bags will be allowed onto the beach area. No firearms, coolers, outside beverages and food (except vendor) allowed.
